Induction of new air curtains in the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+:

To minimize the turbulence on the sides of the Chiron Super Sport 300+ car, the team of Bugatti integrated the newly developed air curtains. In the front end, this curtain is located looking similar to wings. In terms of function, it serves as a guide to let air flow around corners optimally. It enables lowering of pressure and resistance. At the same time, air curtains ensure that the airflow follows the body contours to stabilize the vehicle. Thereby making this automobile ideal for fast driving shaped by the ‘Need for Speed’.  

A solid Exhaust System of Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+: 

A Titanium 3D Process is used to create the exhaust of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+, a very thin double-wall structure, some of it as thin as 0.4 millimetres. It possesses a lattice shape that provides sufficient space for airflow channels. Cold air also surrounds the exhaust components that exit through tall pipe bezels. It helps cool down the exhaust gas flow, reaching temperatures as high as 850 degrees Celsius. And thereby preventing hot exhaust fumes from interfering with the automobile’s tail section. 

The Construction Engineer at Bugatti says that even at full power and top speed, the exhaust gas system does not influence any other components in any negative way.   

A powerful Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ engine: 

With the motivation to generate a top speed of 440 km/h, Bugatti introduced the 8.0-litre W16-engine in the Chiron Super Sport 300+ model. This engine can generate an additional 300 rpm and a higher power plateau at 7,100 pm. To achieve this, designers at Bugatti also modified many components. These included pistons, control spring, and oil pump, which supplies more lubricant at high pressure to a wide range of engine parts.  

Special Tires that drive Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ at top speed:  

The new Pilot-Sport-Cup-2 tires from Michelin used in Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ is perfectly optimized for the generation of top speed. It is made using a new technology that uses reinforced layers to withstand large forces. This tire was, in fact, initially manufactured for fighter jets. The size of the front tires and rear tires of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ is 285/30 R20 ZR and 355/25 R21 ZR.
