This pedigree and industry experience across businesses, led him to conceptualize MWTV Pvt Ltd, and as Founder & CEO his role revolves around giving strategic direction to the company, oversee operations and lead an outcome driven high performance team.
Amit has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources (Global Mobility) and Administration. He has been instrumental in setting up the visa and immigration departments in many of the organizations that he worked for. Empathy is the greatest gift to mankind is what he believes in and works as per that. It is his passion that led him to co-found MWTV along with Nilesh. There are only two things that he finds very charming – 1 automobiles and 2 books related to automobiles.
With his experience in Human Resources, that led him to take up the role of Chief People Officer at MWTV to lead his team with what he identifies the most with – Empathy.
As the Chief People Officer, his role is to scout for like-minded talent. Someone who breathes automobiles day in day out. As a President Operations, Alan will lead the Warehouse Operations. He has experience working with diversified Industries across Automobile, IT/IT Enabled Services, Retail, Hospitality, and Manufacturing.
He is methodical in his approach and ensures the processes and operations run like clockwork with Synergy across the teams. With over a decade of experience, he has contributed in the form of , Strategy planning and focus on process automation.

Deepak is a B Com (H) from Calcutta University and completed his CA in 2007. He carries more than 15 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation & Treasury.
Deepak Sarawagi leads the Strategy Operations & Investor Relations, Finance & Accounting, Taxation, Treasury & Budgeting as the Chief Financial Officer.
He is a strong believer of “Actions Speaks Louder Than Words”. In his past experiences he was instrumental in ensuring the organisations saved money’s by immense cost saving measures by driving strong working capital principles.
Poonam comes with 23 years of experience in the ares of Legal & Corporate Law, with an intrinsic experience of managing complex cross functional assignments to drive the adoption of best practices of corporate governance.
As Chief Legal Officer, Poonam leads the efforts on ESG, Risk Advisory, Contracting, Legal Compliances and would double up as Company Secretary.

Sudarshan comes with 25 years of global experience in Retail & FMCG. He comes with a pedigree of working with companies like Godrej, Shoppers Stop, Future Retail Landmark and others.
As CEO & Chief Business officer, Sudarshan would be leading the private label business and he would be handling the MW trademark and expand the footprint pan India to begin with by leading Product Management, Business Intelligence, Catalogue Management & Planning & Sourcing.
Kunal comes with 16 years of experience in sales and customer success across sectors with considerable experience of working with startup’s globally. He holds a degree in engineering and masters in sales & marketing from Mumbai University.
As Chief Business Officer, Kunal would be leading the growth of merchandise business by leading Product Management, Business Intelligence, Catalogue Management & Planning & Sourcing.

Dr. Suraj Dhirwani
Dr. Suraj is a 3rd generation Doctor, primarily, by profession. He dons many hats. His fascination with automobiles has been substantially persistent. His favorite prescriptions is a long drive, in a torquey hatch with the windows rolled down or an off-road sojourn in the hills with a brutish SUV.
Apart from being a Doctor, Suraj has been an entrepreneur on the content side, and has led a team of content creators who created content in the area of medicine thereby helping people at large.
As CCO, his role would revolve around leading a team of content creators dishing out content, that Engages, Excites & Entices the readers. He would be the man behind the charge of the content on the website as it shapes up.
Pritam comes with 21 years of experience in Pre Sales & Product Development. An apt guy to lead our efforts on the mwtv product side. He has been a trusted advisor for many organisations in the past, one who delivers on the business outcomes and is able to meet company goals.
As Chief Business Officer, Pritam leads the pre-owned and new cars as a product for the brand mwtv and will be responsible for building other revenue models from time to time.
